Official Refund & Return Policy

Comprehensive framework for heavy equipment logistics, inspections, and financial reversal protocols.

01. Industrial Compliance

Machinery Asset Value

Purchasing heavy machinery like the Terror X2 Max involves significant capital investment. Unlike consumer goods, industrial equipment undergoes immediate depreciation once loaded. Our policy protects the secondary market value while offering fair reversal options.

Typhon Machinery enforces a 14-Day Post-Delivery Evaluation Period to verify the asset's condition relative to project requirements.

  • Restocking Logistics: 15% fee applies for 21-point mechanical recertification.
  • Asset Integrity: Returns valid only for units under 2.0-hour meter readings.
  • FOB Shipping: All return freight and insurance costs are the buyer's responsibility.

02. Financial Reversal Schedule

Category Policy Detail Financial Implication
Order Cancellation Cancelled before the machine is loaded onto transport. Full refund minus 3% admin fee.
Standard Returns Unused machinery returned within the 14-day window. 15% Restocking Fee + Freight Costs.
Custom Configurations Special order paint, hydraulics, or unique attachments. Non-Refundable / Final Sale.

03. Refund Rejection Criteria

Physical & Mechanical Wear

Refund requests are automatically denied if the unit exhibits:

  • Soil Contact: Evidence of dirt or aggregate in tracks or bucket.
  • Hydraulic Stress: Modifications to pressure relief valves.
  • Fuel Contamination: Use of non-standard diesel in the Yanmar engine.

Documentation Required

  • Visual Evidence: High-res photos of all sides, meter, and serial plate.
  • Original Kit: All EPA certifications, manuals, and toolkits must be returned.
